Anthony Robles
Founder & Lead Coach at Attention Def Geniuses
Anthony Robles brings over five years of experience in mental health and education, with a strong focus on supporting neurodiverse individuals. As the founder and lead coach of Attention Def Geniuses, Anthony is dedicated to empowering clients to embrace their unique strengths, unlock their brilliance, and cultivate creativity through personalized cognitive coaching.
Professional Experience
Mental Health Coordination:
Supported mental health programs in residential facilities for individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, bipolar disorder, ODD, OCD, addiction, and other challenges. Developed and implemented personalized support plans to help clients build coping strategies, regulate emotions, and overcome barriers to success.
Gained invaluable experience in classroom management, adapting to diverse student needs, and supporting students with special needs across various grade levels and subjects.
Student Aide & Teacher Aide: Worked directly with students with special needs in one-on-one and group settings, assisting in the development of tailored learning plans and providing emotional and academic support to elevate student success.
Tutoring Students in Foster Care: Provided academic support to students in foster care, helping them overcome personal and educational challenges. Focused on building trust, resilience, and tailored learning strategies to meet their unique needs.
Community Involvement: Actively volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club, leading creative writing and poetry groups to inspire self-expression and personal growth among children and young adults.
